Houghton Smith; CSX Transportation, Inc.; AAA Signs, Inc; Walter H. McGhee; Joseph L. Whatley; and Whatley Contract Carriers, Inc., alleging that wanton, willful, reckless, and/or negligent conduct on the part of the defendants caused an automobile accident that resulted in Cynthia Ann Middaugh's death and bodily injury to Ralph D.
